Pool/Clubhouse Landscape

For the Pool/Clubhouse, the basic monthly maintenance includes, the
pulling of weeds around the building and parking lot mulched areas, picking
up all trash and keeping the areas looking neat and clean.

Products such as ORTHO Weed-B-Gon to treat weeds in the mulched areas
around the building and around the parking lot is acceptable as long as
caution is used to prevent killing any plants.

Beyond that, anyone with experience in the use of Round Up to help prevent
the Bermuda grass from creeping into the mulched areas would be appreciated
using caution to not kill any of the plants, shrubs or existing lawn.

On occasion cedar mulch is applied to the area, but this occurs infrequently and
is based on when a reduced price for cedar mulch can be found. The HOA would
purchase the mulch - the volunteers could help by distributing it.


Both Entrances Landscape

weeds around the monuments and mulched areas, picking up all trash and
keeping the areas looking neat and clean.
